Payment Methods
Orders can be made through this website using Paypal. If you prefer to pay by cheque or postal order please download the order form below.

Timescale
Each piece is individually handmade and takes between 1-4 days for me to make. Typically, a small silhouette hanging or coaster will take 2-3 days before dispatch, a larger colourful plate 3-4 days.
I will email you on reciept of your order to tell you when your item will be dispatched to you.

Postage And Packaging
Postage and packaging is FREE on all orders. All items are sent recorded delivery (signed for) unless other arrangement have been made prior to dispatch.

Returns
I want you to be delighted with your order, but if you decide that you do not wish to keep it you can return it to the address below within 7 days for a refund. Please ensure the item is sent back unused and in original packaging to ensure no breakages in transit. Refund does not include return postage, this cost must be met by the purchaser.
If goods arrive in a damaged condition please inform me as soon as practicable.

Ordering outside of the UK
I am very happy to send orders overseas. Please email me the item you would like, and I will weigh it and tell you how much it costs to ship.
